Online Submission

A complete submission package for all submission types includes additional documents, such as a long description and a separate background file. Please be sure that you have these materials ready to send before proceeding further. Go to submission types and preparing submission sections for additional information on required documents.

• We can accept files in only two formats: Microsoft Word documents or rich text format. No other file formats can be accepted.
• Please save Microsoft Word documents in Word 97 or Word 2000 format if at all possible.
