- Deadline: Only a limited number of rooms are available for the discounted rate. This rate will be available until the block of rooms has been filled, or until May 16 2008 at 5pm EST, whichever comes first.
- The fine print: All reservation requests will require a credit card deposit equal to one night's room rate to guarantee the reservation. Deposits will be refunded for rooms cancelled more than 72 hours prior to arrival. The discounted rate is available only for single and double bed rooms.

Airport and transportation
The BWI Airport is a 20-minute car ride from the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront. Several transportation options are available, including the Super Shuttle, which leaves from the airport every 30 minutes and costs $13 each way. You may pay at the airport or make a reservation ahead of time by calling 1-800-BLUE VAN (258-3826). Other transportation options are described on the BWI website.
