RefundsWritten refund requests will be honored if postmarked before Monday, June 24, 2002. A $100 administration fee will be deducted. Requests for refunds should be mailed or faxed to Prestige Accommodations. A registration can be transferred to a colleague by an authorization letter from you. Video recordingThe use of video recording equipment is not permitted during any part of the conference.
