Poster #7: Establishing Design Guidelines for a better Online Shopping Experience

A recent study has shown that the assessment criteria used by the Webby
Awards could predict the ratings of the overall experience of a web
site. This poster presents an analysis of a comparative usability study
where the problem areas identified overlap with the Webby criteria. The
results provide designers with a set of empirically justified guidelines
that seek to promote a better user experience of online shopping sites.
