The presenter, a user experience research specialist, recently conducted
a study for a leading business information Web site. In preparing to
launch a new version of the Web site, product development staff was
interested in gaining a greater understanding into the way their current
customers think about specific business topics, and specifically, how
they group these business topics into meaningful categories.
