Help publicize the conference

You can help publicize the conference by creating a link from your web site to the conference.   Link to http://www.upa2004.org or directly to your presentation description.

Registering for the conference

All presenters must register for the conference, using the online registration form (registeration will open in late February). You must book your own hotel rooms. The conference hotel is the Minneapolis Marriott City Center.

Presenters are entitled to a 20% discount off conference registration. There is a check-box on the registration form so you can claim your discount.  Speaker discounts are available for:

• 1 presenter for each panel, paper, presentation or advanced topic session
• 2 leaders for each workshop

There are no discounts for tutorial leaders.

Presentations material due April 9

All materials for the Conference CD-ROM and tutorial class books are due on April 9. Files can be submitted in a variety of formats - complete details are in the sidebar. For tutorial books or complex proceedings material, we would prefer to receive the files on CD or ZIP disk along with a printed copy. This gives us a chance to check the final version against the version against your printout, especially if you are submitting a word-processing file. Though resorting to mailing physical media may seem a bit "old fashioned," it helps us be sure that your material appears as you intended.
