To obtain a letter from UPA for the US Consulate while applying for a US visa, first contact the US Consulate in the country in which you reside to determine what information and/or documentation is required. Then send an email to the UPA Office (office@upassoc.org) with the following information:
1. Your Name
2. Your mailing address and fax number
3. If you have an accepted presentation, please include the complete title and session type
