Volunteer Job Name
Speakers' Pool
Volunteer job description
- Travelling UPA members are often willing to give presentations or courses to chapters in the area they are visiting.
- However, we need a process established to connect traveling UPA members who are willing to present and local chapters.
- This job aims at creating a model for how current information about travelling members, their topics, schedules can be made available to chapters, and how the chapters can book the speaker.
- In addition, we'd like the volunteer on this project to make suggestions about how this might be implemented, which will be implemented in a later project (not necessarily by you, but... we can talk later).
- In short: this job is to lay out the framework, and estimate the work involved in implementing this project.
Time Frame and Work Effort
Approximately 20 hours. Start as soon as possible, and finish by April 30, 2003.
Number of volunteers
