US Shipping Options

For shipping to destinations within the United States, you may select to ship either by UPS Ground, or FedEx 2nd Day Air.

UPS ground (default)

Shipping price is $5.50 plus

  • $1.50 for each CD, book, or poster
  • $2.50 for each tutorial, shirt, bottle, hat, or tote bag
  • $6.00 for each Proceedings (paper copies)

FedEx 2nd Day Air

Shipping price is $8.00 plus

  • $1.50 for each CD, book, or poster
  • $2.50 for each tutorial, shirt, bottle, hat, or tote bag
  • $6.00 for each Proceedings (paper copies)

Shipping to Destinations Outside the United States

International shipping must use FedEx International Priority shipping. Please be sure the select the button below to ensure that your shipping charges are calculated correctly.

FedEx International Priority

Shipping price is $31.00 plus

  • $3.00 for each CD, book, or poster
  • $5.00 for each tutorial, shirt, bottle, hat, or tote bag
  • $12.00 for each Proceedings (paper copies)
