Strong skills in standard user-centered design deliverables and processes such as storyboards, navigation models, site maps, wireframes, redlines, design guidelines, etc. with an excellent understanding of when to use each.
Expert level skills with standard design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Visio, PowerPoint)
Experience working with user researchers developing research agendas to drive design
Working knowledge of HTML, XHTML, CSS, DHTML, JavaScript, and AJAX. Knowledge of Silverlight is a plus.
Willingness to travel (up to 10%) is desired.
A portfolio review will be required as part of the interview process.
